Another Writ

Ivan the King and Matilde the Queen to our beloved and faithful subject, Christina Jenevra de Calvalhal, greetings.  We hereby command you, strictly enjoining you in the fidelity and love in which you are bound to us, to present yourself at a time and place of our choosing for taking consultation with the principal persons of the Kingdom, along with us and our heirs, such as may be necessary to give answer upon that same day to the question of whether you will accept the accolade of the Order of the Laurel.  Witness the king and queen at Birka, upon 27 January, in the fifty-second year of the Society.
